For up to three hours you and I are going to shop for the best foods to help you become successful in your ketogenic diet, as well as get to prepping! The first hour will be spent at the grocery store creating a shopping list, sticking to it, and choosing the right foods. We will shop the parameter, read food labels, and discuss what to avoid and what to look for. The second part of our day includes heading to your home for meal prep guidance. Based on the ingredients purchased we will go over what to prepare in advance and how to do it deliciously and efficiently. Meal prep is one of the most valuable tools to your ketogenic diet success!
